Question 1: Who are eligible to apply for Scholarship Schemes?
Answer : Student should have a good academic track record and should not have sufficient income.

Question 2 : What is the last date for submitting applications online?
Answer : Closure dates for acceptance of various scholarship applications are available in home page of JSPN scholarship portal.

Question 3 : How can I apply online for scholarship?
Answer : In order to apply online, please visit the website through scholarship option on the home page URL www.srijspn.org

Question 4 : How to submit the online application? Should I need the user id and password to apply for scholarship?
Answer : Applying procedures for Scholarship Schemes for both Fresh and Renewal are given below: Fresh:Student have to Click on the option “Student Login”, on the home page of JSPN Scholarships Portal.

Fill up the application as per the instructions given by the system then click on Register button. After saving, student will get a “JSPN SID”. The system will instruct the applicant to activate his account through mail. Once activated he should login and fill the application.

Existing: Students applying for second time can directly login and fill in the application.

Question 5 : Can I edit the student information provided during registration?
Answer : No account information cannot be edited. Please right to srijspn@gmail.com

Question 6 : Which fields in the application form are mandatory ?
Answer: Fields provided with red asterisk (*) mark are mandatory fields.

Question 7 : What happens, if I detect mistakes after Submitting the applications to the next level?
Answer : You should separately inform the mistakes detected by you to the Please right to srijspn@gmail.com. The software provides facility at the level of the JSPN to correct limited information.

Question 8 : Do I have to fill up the online application in one sitting ?>
Answer : Yes. You can only fill up the online application in as one sittings.So please keep the information related to fees paid, income, contact numbers , exam scores, Bank information like account number, name, branch name,IFSC code etc.

Question 9 : What is UID number/Aadhaar Number?
Answer : UID number otherwise known as ‘Aadhaar’ number is Unique Identification Number given by Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). Aadhaar is unique 12 digit number assigned after de-duplication of biometrics.

Question 10 : Do I need to get my Aadhaar Card to apply for Scholarship ?
Answer : Aadhaar No. is Mandatory for the Students in order to Register and fill up the application form online.

Question 11 : Can I apply as a Fresh if I am a Renewal candidate ?
Answer : No, you cannot apply as a fresh if you are a Renewal candidate. Your application will be rejected in that case.

Question 12 : I had registered in old portal.Do I need to register again on new system ?
Answer : Yes, you need to again register onetime here on this new portal. While filling the application form you will be asked for the old JSPN SID.

Question 13 : How to check the status of my application ?
Answer : Student can check the status of Online Application by using Application History once you login into the portal. This feature will be enabled soon.

Question 14 : How to know the Last Date for verification of application JSPN Level ?
Answer : The Last Date for are published on the JSPN portal homepage .

Question 15 : How to overcome the problem of Login even after getting system generated Application ID and DOB as Password ?
Answer : The “Forgot Password ??” option may be used and this problem can be overcome by using Regitered email-ID.

Question 16 : How can download the pdf copy of submitted Application ?
Answer : The application form pdf will be available for download “Print Application From” option once you login.

Question 17 : Do I need to post the application form to JSPN office ?
Answer : Yes, Once you submit the application, download the same and send it to our office with below details.

** Self Attested copy of 10th Marks card for XI / XII standard students.
** Copy of bonafide student certificate.
** Self Attested copy of Last year marks card ( 2 semester marks card if in semester scheme).
** Copy of Income certificate.
** Copy of Educational fee paid receipt of 2017-18 only ( Only college fees.).
** Photo copy of your Aadhar Card (Student).
** Photo copy of your Student Bank details to verify your account number and IFSC i.e first page of passbook/ first page of account statement / cancelled cheque leaf / letter from bank with account number and IFSC.
