Educational Assistance :
We at Samvitmarg believe in Education for All and does support deserving candidates on case to case basis by providing educational grants.

The candidates are requested to submit the following either by an email or hard copy to our office.
Documents Required :
** Request Letter from parent / candidate
** Family Income proof
** Previous Educational History with Minimum 75% Marks
** Proposed Fees Structure from school / college
** 3 Academic References (Teaching Staff)
The applications shall be duly scrutinised by our office and necessary intimation regarding the approval of the amount will be intimated with10 working days’ time. Once approved, the cheque shall be made in favour of the school and handed over to the candidate.
The Trust maintains an egalitarian and professional approach in granting the various forms of financial assistance to individuals. Hence it may be noted that awarding financial assistance to individuals is at the discretion of the Trusts and the decision made in this respect is final.

RIGHT OF EDUCATION :
** Education is a fundamental human right and essential for the exercise of all other human rights.
** It promotes individual freedom and empowerment and yields important development benefits.
** The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act or Right to Education Act (RTE), is an Act of the Parliament of India enacted on 4 August 2009 having the salient features.
** Every child in the age group of 6-14 has the right to free and compulsory education in a neighborhood school, till the completion of elementary education Private schools will have to take 25% of their class strength from the weaker section and the disadvantaged group of the society through a random selection process.
** Government will fund education of these children. No donation and capitation fee is allowed. No admission test or interview either for child or parents.
** No child can be held back, expelled and required to pass the board examination till the completion of elementary education.
** A fixed student and teacher ratio is to be maintained. All schools have to adhere to rules and regulations laid down in this act, failing which the school will not be allowed to function. Norms for teachers training and qualifications are also clearly mentioned in the act.
