Oasis Pre-matric Scholarship

The main objective of this scheme is to support parents of SC children for education of their wards studying in classes IX & X so that the incident of drop out, especially in the transition from the elementary to secondary stage is minimized and to improve participation of SC children in classes IX & X of the Pre-Matric stage so that they perform better and have a better chance of progressing to the Post-Matric stage of education.

How To Apply?

To apply online Pre Metric Scholarships for SC ST & OBC student, please follow the steps given below :
Step 1 : Go to oasis.gov.in
Step 2 : Please Click: Apply NOW or Student registration button in the student’s area of the website.
Step 3 : Fill all the fields (such as primary details, Photo, applied authority details) in the application form.

Notes :
a. Photo is not mandatory at this stage.
b. Aadhar Card No is not mandatory.
c. You can know the status of your application through Mobile No. or Email.
d. Other all fields are mandatory. Press submit Button

Step 4 : A computer generated acknowledgement slip will be generated, Please download it.
Step 5 : Go to website and Click: Registered Student’s |ogin button in the student’s area of the website.
Step 6 : Login with user id, password & district as mentioned in your Acknowledgement Slip.
Step 7 : After successful login of the student panel, you have to fill up the remaining part of the application form now.
Step 8 : Click Further Details button & fill all the remaining fields.
Step 9 : Click Bank Information button & Select your bank, branch & type Account No.

Scholarship Rate

Under this scheme, each eligible student whose parents /guardians income does not exceed Rs. two lakh p.a. is paid through respective Bank account in the following manner. Student are requested to Update their Adhaar number.

Hosteller:
Rs. 750/- p.m. for 10 months only (Rs. 350/- from GOI & Rs. 400/- by State Govt.)

Adhoc Grant –Rs. 1000/- p.a.

Day Scholar:
Rs. 150/- p.m. for 10 months only

Adhoc Grant Rs. 750/- p.a.

1. What are all the details can be seen under district level?
After login-in into home page you can watch district overview by clicking option in
district’s dashboard. Like: Pending Application, Verified Application, Rejected Application etc.

2. I lost my user id. Tell me whether District level officer can help me to retrieve my id?
District level officials can search a candidate by using applicant user id or using several parameters.

3. What is Bdo/Ulb Authorization?
It is an overview on number of application, which is submitted/verified from Block /Municipality level.

4. How can I add an institute?
You may contact PO CUM DWO /DWO (District Level) to add an institute.
