B.Tech Scholarship:

C.V. Raman Students’ Welfare Trust is established with the contributions of Management and staff of C. V. Raman College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar for the purpose of providing financial support to the children of Economically Backward families to pursue quality technical education in C. V. College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar.

C. V. Raman Students’ Welfare Trust intends to offer 10 scholarships to the B.Tech students of 2016-17 admission batch. A sum of Rs.50,000/- shall be paid as scholarship.

The criterion for applying such scholarship is as follows:
** The student must belong to C. V. Raman College of Engineering.
** The student must be a B. Tech student.
** The student should be from a family of poor economic background or lower income group. The annual income of the family/ financing guardian should not exceed Rs. 2,50,000/-.
** The student must not get scholarships or financial assistance from any other source.

The students may collect the Application Form from the Student Counter or download the same from the college Website. The students are required to enclose the copies of the following documents with their applications after getting them verified by Dean Academics.

Documents Required:
** Income Certificate of parents from Tahasildar/BDO/SDO.
** Certificates and Mark sheets of last qualifying examination.
** The first page of Bank Pass-Book showing name of the applicant & account number.
** Aadhaar Card/Voter ID Card/PAN Card (if available with the student)
** A Passport–Size Photograph
** Caste Certificate
** PAN card of Parent (If available).

The interested applicants are required to submit the duly filled in application forms along with the requisite documents in the office of Dean First Year on or before 11.03.2017. Incomplete applications or those received after 11.03.2017 shall be rejected.

Therefore CVRCE Welfare Trust is established with the contributions of Management and staff of C. V. Raman College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar for the purpose of providing CVRCE SHOLARSHIP.

It provides financial support to the children of Economically Backward families to pursue quality technical education in C. V. College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar.

** Scholarship from Higher Education (Merit Cum means scholarship).
** Scholarship from Govt. of orissa for the students (children of Bidi workers).
