MPSC Chhattisgarh One Time Online Registration

This initiative is aimed to facilitate faster and efficient disposal of scholarship applications and timely payment of the scholarships to the students directly in their bank accounts.

New Student Registration

One-time registration is required to be done by the students so as to avail various facilities and services being provided by Government of Chhattisgarh through this portal.

Visit the official website and New Student Registration link available in the left side of the home page.

Follow the below steps for Registration,
Basic Details of Student :
Step 1 : Enter First Name (*)
Step 2 : Enter Middle Name
Step 3 : Enter Last Name (*)
Step 4 : Enter Father’s / Husband’s Name
Step 5 : Enter Mother’s Name
Step 6 : Select Gender (*)
Step 7 : Confirm Gender (*)
Step 8 : Enter Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY) (*)
Step 9 : Confirm Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY) (*)
Step 10 : Select Religion (*)
Step 11 : Select Category (*)
Step 12 : Confirm Category (*)
Step 13 : Enter Aadhar Card No.
Step 14 : Enter Mobile Number (*)
Step 15 : Enter E-mail Address

Correspondence Address Details :
Step 16 : Select State
Step 17 : Enter Address
Step 18 : Select District (*)
Step 19 : Enter PIN CODE
Step 20 : If Permanent Address & Correspondence Address are same then Tick the Check box.
Step 21 : Please enter the code shown above
Step 22 : Click ‘Save above details and Register me’ button

Once you complete the registration, you will receive a User Id and Password

Note :
1. Students Scholarship Application status, scholarship sanction and disbursal status will be sent to the registered Mobile Numbers.

2. The students are requested to enter all the information, including their bank details, mobile numbers, e-mail address etc so as to avail maximum services being offered by the portal.

Registered Students Login

Registered Students, Institutes, District Administrators, State Administrators, Please login using User Name or Student Applicant Id and Password.

Step 4 : Click Login button

After Login your Application will be displayed as below. Now you can Apply for scholarship, Edit your application and register complaints.

** Registered Students Login using User Name or Student Applicant Id and Password. Then Click on the Apply for Scholarship link.

** Fill the required details to complete the scholarship.

Step 13 : Enter Marks In percentage (%) Obtained in last Exam(*)

10th class passing details :
Step 14 : Select Board (*)
Step 15 : Select Year of Passing (*)
Step 16 : Enter 10th Class Roll No(*)

Eligibility related information :
Step 17 : Enter Family Annual Income (*)
Step 18 : Select Do you stay in Govt/institute Recognized Hostel ? (*) Hosteller or Dayscholar
Step 19 : Enter Caste Certificate No.(*)
Step 20 : Enter Caste Certificate Date (*)

Bank Account Details for electronic transfer of funds :
After entering IFSC Code the portal will validate it with the database of banks/branches being maintained by the system. If IFSC Code entered by you exists in the database, the system will prompt the name and other details of the branch and will allow you to enter the account number.

In case you have a valid IFSC code, but it is not available in the portal database then please contact the system administrator or click on the “Report Unregistered IFSC code” button below to report.

ATTENTION : You have to provide bank IFSC Code of branch, in which you are having account.

Step 21 : Enter Your IFSC Code (*)
Step 22 : Enter Account NUmber (*)
Step 23 : Enter Confirm Account Number
Step 24 : Click Save All Above Details button

Edit Application

You can Edit your application by selecting Edit button. After complete the registration you can Lock and Print your Application Form.
