Math JMMC Bose Einstein Scholarship Test

Duration of the Scholarship is 12 months. Scholarship amount is 2000 per month and one time book grant of 3000. Exposure to seminars, workshop project research base work etc.

Foundation Level : Candidates of classes VII & VIII

Application Details

Application forms can be obtained from the JMMC Research Foundation’s office in person or by sending a self addressed envelope with postal stamp of 10/- (Envelope size 20 cm. × 12 cm.) or can be downloaded from the JMMC website : www.mathjmmc.com Non-refundable application fee of 500/- (Bank draft. in favour of “JMMC Institution” to be paid with the filled in application form Candidates may apply online through the designated link available in our website www.mathjmmc.com where application fee 500/- (non refundable) may be paid through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card

Offline Admit card : 22nd January 2017 (From JMMC Office)
Online Admit card : 26th January 2017

The Last date of submission of online forms & offline forms (At JMMC-Office) is 16th January, 2017

Test Format

BEST-MTA (12 Noon – 1 PM):
Question Pattern :
Multiple choice questions (containing 18 questions-Single correct answer type). The candidates will have to answer ALL questions.

Marking Procedure :
5 Marks will be awarded for each correct answer and there is no negative marking for wrong answer.

Answering Process :
Only PENCIL / BLACK or BLUE ball point pen is to be used for writing on the answer paper. Scratching or using whitener is not allowed on the answer paper.

BEST-MTB (1:30 P.M – 2:30 P.M):
Test Format :
It is a single test of duration one-hour, consisting of 5 questions. The candidates will have to answer ALL questions. Writing subjective solutions in the answer sheet provided by JMMC is compulsory. Each question will carry 9 marks

Version of Question – English:
Those qualifying the written examination (MTA & MTB) will be called for an interview. The merit list of the selected candidates for viva-voce/interview will be declared on 22nd April, (Saturday) 2017 at 5 pm in our official website www.mathjmmc.com
