How To Apply?

Fresh Registration or Renewal

In the home page it will ask Fresh Registration or Renewal. The person who is applying for the first time will click ‘Fresh Registration’ and the candidate who wants a renewal next year will click on the ‘Renewal’ button.

Home- Scholarship schemes :
After you have logged into your account various scholarship schemes will be displayed ;
i. Post matric scholarship for SC students,
ii. Post matric scholarship scheme for BC students,
iii. Financial assistance for higher competitive entrance exam,
iv. Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Viwah Shagun scheme,
v. Housing Scheme for scheduled castes/Denotified tribes. For selecting the required scheme click on Apply now button.

Registration Form

To apply for the scholarship fill the Application form and click on Submit button. After registration the password will be generated. A mail or an SMS will be sent containing the password for user login.

Follow the below steps to fill up the Application Form,
Step 1 : Select Name Of Scheme
Step 2 : Enter User Id
Step 3 : Enter Ration Card No
Step 4 : Click ‘Check Availability’ button

Personal Details :
Here the user will enter the following Personal details,
Step 1 : Enter Enrollment ID
Step 2 : Enter DOB
Step 3 : Enter Name
Step 4 : Select Gender
Step 5 : Enter Student name
Step 6 : Select Title
Step 7 : Enter Father/Husband name
Step 8 : Select Nationality
Step 9 : Select Caste/Sub caste

Step 10 : Select State
Step 11 : Select District
Step 12 : Enter Email address
Step 13 : Enter Phone no.
Step 14 : Enter House no.
Step 15 : Enter Full address
Step 16 : Enter Guardian Name
Step 17 : Enter Address of Guardian
Step 18 : Click on “Save & Next “ button
The fields with asterisk (*) sign are mandatory

Institution Details :
User enter the following Institution details to Apply for scholarship,
1. Enter Name of the Institution
2. Select Year of admission
3. Enter Semester
4. Enter Tuition Fees
5. Enter Other Charges Details
6. Select if he is opting for hostel else click on “No” radio button.

Bank Details :
In this form user will enter the bank details. User will enter working account details. IFSC and MICR code will verify the account detail of the user.
Step 1 : Select Name of Bank
Step 2 : Enter Bank Address
Step 3 : Enter Bank A/C No.
Step 4 : Enter MICR code
Step 5 : Enter IFSC code.

Previous Examination :
Here the user will enter the details of his previous examination,
Step 1 : Enter Name of the examination
Step 2 : Enter passing year
Step 3 : Enter Percentage
Step 4 : Select division
Step 5 : Select University
Step 6 : Select Board
Step 7 : Enter Remarks.
Step 8 : Click on ‘Submit’ to submit the form..

Submission of Application :
This page shows that the form is completed and the application is generated. User can view and print the application.

User Login

Fill the required details for Login,
Step 1 : Enter Username
Step 2 : Enter Password
Step 3 : Click on the Login button

Forgot Password

User can also request for new password if he forgot his old password by clicking on Forgot Password and follow the below steps to recover your password,

Step 1 : Select Student/Institute
Step 2 : Enter User Id
Step 3 : Click ‘Submit’ button

Change Password

1. User can change the password by entering old password in the text box.
2. Enter New Password
3. Confirm New Password (Retype your new password.
4. Click on the Change password button .

Check Application Status

Applicant can check his/her status by logging in. Applicant can print/view the application. Applicant can also comment about any problem in the comment section and submit it by clicking the comment button.
