Financial Assistanceship :
Applications in the prescribed format are invited for Financial Assistanceship from SC/ST Undergraduate students whose parental annual income from all sources does not exceed 4.50 lakh in the financial year 2015-2016.

Eligible students are advised to fill the prescribed Application Form given in the Institute Website, as per the instructions.
The family Annual Income Certificate for the year 2015-16 as per parents’ occupational status (i.e. If Service then Salary Certificate, Annex- 2 Form-X with other relevant enclosures / if Business , Agriculture etc. then Affidavit , Annex- 3, Form-Y with other relevant enclosures / if Pensioner , then Pension Certificate Annex-4 , Form-Z with other relevant enclosures) as applicable, as stated in Annexure- 1 (List of Documents to be Submitted) as per parents/guardians’ occupational status.
All the above Annexure / Forms related to parental income certificates etc. can be downloaded from Institute Website. The Application Form duly enclosing all the relevant documents / annexure as stated above should be submitted to Academic Section on or before October 26, 2016.
The Hard Copy of Application form must be signed by the student otherwise it will be treated as cancelled.
Under no circumstances the hard copy of the Application for Financial Assistanceship for the year 2016-17 will be accepted beyond October 26, 2016.
Type of Assistance Admissible under this Scholarship :
1. Exemption of Tuition fee.
2. A scholarship amount of Rs. 300/- per month & Exemption from payment of hostel room rent of the hostel.
3. The student can opt for free messing (Basic menu) and Rs. 250/- per month pocket allowance in lieu of the amount of scholarship.
4. Special facilities are provided for borrowing books on all relevant subjects from the library for each semester. Free of charges, on priority basis. There are also special book banks for the exclusive use of SC/ST students.
Applications Incomplete /without relevant supporting enclosures/ not in prescribed format will be summarily rejected.

I declaration that all the information given above are true. I am not in receipt of any other Scholarship/Stipend/Financial Assistance, etc. from any other source. I shall personally held responsible, if at any stage, it is found that any information given in this scholarship application form is false/incorrect as per the scholarship scheme, my application is liable to be rejected.
