Ambedkar Scholarship Program:

Application is invited for Ambedkar Scholarship Program – II (ASP- II) to be conducted all over India to empower students for coaching for government examinations and higher studies. Rising above the castes, Ambedkar Scholarships will be given to the needy people, for the first time in Independent India.

Scholarships will be available to the students from all castes and creeds to prepare for government jobs and higher education. Ambedkar Scholarship Program – II (ASP-II) is for students who are studying, passed or appeared for the Graduation or Higher examinations.

Eligible students will receive a scholarship that will entitle them to free coaching in any selected institute or a grant of Rs 6000 per month till one year to help them prepare for competitive exams for government jobs or for higher studies. There is no age limit and even candidates with higher qualifications can apply if they are appearing for graduate level competitive exam.

Fee Structure:
For ASP-II the examination fee is Rs. 999/-. Interested candidates should register now and they can pay the stipulated amount of examination fees online/offline through our website www.ambedkarscholarship.com starting from 16th September. Candidates can pay the exam fee till 15th October for offline mode and 20th October for online mode after which date no further applications shall be accepted for the current Notification.

Mode of Payment:
Candidates have the option of making the payment of requisite fees/ intimation charges either through the ONLINE mode or the OFFLINE mode

1. Payment of fees/ intimation charges via the ONLINE MODE:
** Candidates should carefully fill in the details in the On-Line Application at the appropriate places including the registration of preferences for Participating organisations and click on the “Submit Form” button at the end of the On-Line form.
** Before pressing the “Submit Form” button, candidates are advised to verify every field filled in the application. The name of the candidate or his /her father/husband etc.
** Should be spelt correctly in the application as it Appears in the certificates/mark sheets. Any change/ alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
** In case if any data is wrong except Name, father name, Date of birth, email id, (Mandatory fields) candidate can change their profile after login from “Manage Your Profile”
** The application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment Process can be completed by following the instructions.
** The payment can be made by using only Master/ Visa Debit or Credit cards or Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen.
** If the online transaction has not been successfully completed then candidates are advised to login again with their registered email id and password and pay the Application Fees/ Intimation Charges online.
** On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated.

2. Payment of fees/ intimation charges via OFFLINE MODE (at counters of Specified Bank branches):
** Candidates should carefully fill in the details in the On-Line Application at the appropriate places very carefully including the registration of preferences for Participating organisations and click on the “Submit Form” button at the end of The On-Line form.
** Before pressing the “Submit Form” button, candidates are advised to verify every field filled in the application. The name of the candidate or His /her father/husband etc.
** Should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. Any change/ alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
** In case if any data is wrong except Name, father name, Date of birth, Email-Id, (mandatory fields) candidate can change their profile after login from “ Manage Your Profile”
** Payment of fee/ intimation charges through the offline mode can be mad through the CBS branches of any bank by D.D.(Demand Draft) or Banker’s Cheque
** D.D.(Demand Draft) or Banker’s Cheque should be payable on the name
** Candidate will have to send soft copy of D.D.(Demand Draft) or Banker’s Cheque at email id : info@ambedkarsholarship.com in mail candidate will have to mentation unique ID, Registered Mail Id and their name.
** Candidate will have to send their D.D. (Demand Draft) or Banker’s Cheque by Government Post (Speed Post or Registry Post), Name, Registered Email ID and Unique ID should be mentation back side of D.D.(Demand Draft) or Banker’s Cheque.

Screening Test:
** The screening test is conducted online and it’s only qualifying in nature. They can use their home computer or mobile phone or computer in cyber café to log in and appear for the screening test.
** The test will have 150 multiple choice questions.
** Duration of the test is 90 minutes
** 80% questions will relate to IQ and mental ability 12th Standard Class of CBSE of candidate
** 20% questions will be on General Studies
** Information on dates will be communicated to applicants through email and SMS. We reserve the right to change the date. In case of any change, we will inform well in advance.
** Information about centers will be communicated to applicants through email and SMS. The screening test will be held online. Candidates can give test from his home by using his computer, laptop, smartphone.

Eligibility:

In order to qualify for the ASP-II applicants must meet the necessary eligibility criteria:
** Students who are studying or have appeared for the graduate level exam or those who have passed the exam.
** Candidates must be citizen of India or subjects/citizens of Bhutan, Nepal and Tibetan candidates residing in India under the refugee status can also apply.
** Students who have higher qualifications are also eligible. Such candidates have to show proof such as examination acknowledgement letter and admit card to support their claim that they are preparing for any graduate level exam.
** There are no age restrictions
** Candidates must make sure they meet eligibility norms in order to prevent disqualification.
** In the event a candidate has paid a fee and is disqualified he forfeits the examination fees.
** Issue of admission certificate for the exam does not imply that the candidate has been selected.

How to Apply
** Candidates must apply online. They can visit www.ambedkarscholarship.com
** Register with your name and password.
** Log into your account.
** Open the online application form page and fill it with all details. (Please do not leave any column blank.)
** Candidates can submit form online along with scanned copies of supporting documents.
** The applications should be submitted no later than the specified date along with the requisite examination fees.

Documents:
Application should be accompanied by self-attested copies of examinations passed, school leaving certificate, any document with date of birth and residence proof.
