Annual Income of parent /guardian:
Specimen form of declaration of annual income is given at Annexure which is to be signed by the Parent /Guardian of the student and enclosed along with the application. In case parent /guardian are employed, income certificate from the employer may also be enclosed
Documents enclosed with the application:
i) Attested copies of all certificates of educational qualification.
ii) Proof of residence.
iii) Receipt of course fees of the previous year duly countersigned by the head of the Institution.
iv) Income certificate of Family.
v) Copy of College/Institution’s Student Identity-Card
vi) Attatch one extra passport size photo with application.
Note: Application which is incopleted/ unsigned will be summarily rejected
