Educational Scholarship Scheme:

The WBO Educational Scholarships aim to augment girl students from underprivileged sections of the society, Scholarships are open for the academic year 2016-17, equal to the total fee for full academic year subject to a limit of Rs. 20000,00 (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) per Student,

Scholarship for Education Scheme was launched to support ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padao’ campaign of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India. The Scheme aims to augment girl students from underprivileged section of the society to undertake their post-school education by providing them financial assistance in the form of educational scholarship.

The scheme was enunciated with a view to ensure adherence of girls in studies with participation from more and more students to avail the benefits and commenced from the academic session 2015-16, Under the Scheme, about 500 scholarships have been envisaged for academic year 2016-17, each valued at the maximum of Rs. 20,000 annually for the girl students of college institute.

Eligibility:-
** Applicant only for Girls,
** Applicant must be secured minimum of 85% marks aggregate in class 12th for 2nd year and 3rd year student minimum secured marks 70% and above (ER students not eligible for Scholarship).
** Number of Scholarships will be restricted upto 10 (ten) per institution for each academic year,
** Scholarships are open for the academic year 2016-17, equal to the total fee for full academic year subject to a limit of Rs.20000.00 per student.
** Applicant family income must not to exceed Rs. 2.40 lac. Evidence Current Salary Certificate/Slip or Income Certificate from the SDM, MLA, or any other Competent Authority (acceptable to World Brotherhood Organisation) as evidence in support income.
** Applications of Girls students, duly recommended by the college along with required documents must reach our office on or before 15th September 2016.
** Each candidate will receive annual scholarship through her college By direct payment in the fee account of the student and who already submitted fees will be refunded by college to the Students.

Value:
Each Scholarship is equal to the total fee for one year subject to ceiling of Rs. 20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) for the student enrolled/studying in college/institute. Each candidate will receive annual scholarship through her college/institute by direct payment in the fee account of the student.

Tenure:
Each Scholarship will have a tenure of one academic year and generally be renewed provided the student having been promoted to a higher class/next semester and also subject to the fulfilment of eligibility criteria for the respective academic year,

Submission of Application:
The application in the prescribed form (enclosed) along with the following relevant documents should be submitted to the office of World Brotherhood Organisation. Application should be forwarded through the concerned college/institute, duly verified by the Head of the Institution.
1. Current Salary Certificate/Slip or Income Certificate from the SDM or any other Competent Authority (acceptable to World Brotherhood Organisation) as evidence in support of income,
2. Self-attested copy of the fee book/slip of the student containing break-up of the fee details, duly certified by the head of the institution,
3. Self-attested copy of the mark sheet of the last examination qualified by the student, duly certified by the head of the institution,

4. Self-attested copy of any of the following valid documents as proof of residence.
I Ration Card
II Aadhar Card
III Voter ID Card
IV Passport
V Driving License

The document submitted as a proof of residence must contain a complete name and a current and complete residential address.

5. The Governing Body of world Brotherhood Organisation (Regd.) may require any other document, apart from those stated above, if deemed necessary, for the purpose of verification. The original documents may also be called for verification purpose.
6. Xerox copy of the attached “Application Form for Scholarship” shall be treated as a valid application form.
7. Last date for receipt of Scholarship Application, along with complete documents, at World Brotherhood Organisation’s office for academic year 2016-17 is September 15, 2016.
