Keep the Soft Copies of Following Ready for attachment before filling this form:
** Color Photo (.jpg, jpeg, png).
** Marksheet of previous year and admission proof like bonafide or fee receipt of current year.
** Bank pass book OR cancelled cheque with signed.
** Referrer’s letter with signature.
** Aadhar card and any other address proof.

Instructions must be followed while submitting Scholarship Form:
** Applicant should be in 10th std or above.
** Fill the form completely and correctly.
** If last year Scholarship is taken then please fill all the details in the form.
** Write your Applicant-Id on form which is provided to you by us in last year’s scholarship letter.
** Attach the Last Year Mark-sheet and Current Year Bonafide/Admission Fee Receipt with the form which is compulsory.
** If you don’t have Aadhar Card, then attach any ID Proof/Address proof (i.e.Election card,Ration card, Driving Licence etc).
** Student must have bank account. Fill all the details in form, soft copy of Bank Pass book OR cancelled cheque with signed is required. *Account in Bank of Maharashtra or any bank with IFSC Code will be preferable.
** Last date for submitting the application form with all documents is 31st Aug 2016.
** Students those who don’t have Bank details in such cases they can give their parents name & bank details.
** The Beneficiary students are requested to refund the given Scholarship amount when they will settle in career, so that we can provide that amount to another needy students.
