KJEI’s Trust Scholarship:
All the applications must be submitted at the Trust office on or before 5pm on 10th August, 2016

Information regarding Scholarship:
1. The award of scholarship will be made available only to such students whose applications, complete in all respects, are received by the trust office on time and date prescribed below and only if such candidates seek admission to any one of the three engineering colleges run by KJ’s Educational Institute (The trust). The rules and regulations stipulated for such an award of scholarship have been set up by the trust (KJEI) and are made available along with the blank application form.
2. The application forms will be numbered and made available only to the applicants or their parents carrying their mark sheet as a proof of eligibility, ID proof is also necessary for applicant or the representative.
3. One student one application only.
4. The numbered blank applications would be available at the trust office on all days, including holidays, between 9.30am to 6pm
5. The applicant student or his/her parent / Representative will present a self attested copy of the mark sheet for eligibility of the applicant, enter the name of the applicant in the register, Pay the prescribed fees for the application and receive the blank format.
6. The application form and its processing cost will be Rs500/-, to be paid by the applicant, or his/her parents, at the time of receiving the blank format of the application form.
7. Each applicant will get a numbered receipt, in the prescribed format, at the time of submission of the application, complete in all respect.
8. Only original application forms, issued by KJEI trust to the applicant or his/her parent, will be considered for the award of scholarships, if they are submitted, by hand, on or before 5pm, on 10th August, 2016 to the Trust office.
9. The result for the award shall be communicated on or before 12th August, 2016. By order President, KJEI
Certificates to be attached:
Attach self attested Xerox copies of all the documents. Attestation to be done by father/ mother (if widow) or legal guardian, if the applicant is minor.
1) S.S.C statement of marks.
2) H.S.C statement of marks.
3) Mark sheets for diploma holders.
4) Leaving Certificate (LC) from the institute last attended.
5) Identification and address proof separately for (a) Applicant, (b) Father (if alive), (c) Mother (if alive), (d) Legal Guardian (if any).
Note:
i) Separate address proof for student is not necessary.
ii) Separate address proof for mother is not necessary if father is alive and she is not a divorcee.
iii) If the parents of the applicant are deceased and/ or he/she is adopted by any parent, then such a legal document for the parent is necessary, specifically if the applicant is minor.
Rules and Regulations for the award of Scholarship:
A) Rules for applicants seeking admission to first year engineering degree program.
1) The KJ’s Educational Institute (hereafter referred to as “The Trust”) shall publish the quota for applications, prescribe the format for applications, make blank applications available and arrange to centrally receive all the applications for the award of scholarships.
2) The applicant could be from any caste, creed, religion and gender.
3) The applicant must seek admission through central single window admission process conducted by the competent authority of the Maharashtra state, i.e. Commissioner, State CET cell, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, to any one of the three Engineering Institutes run by the KJ’s Educational Institute, Pune.
4) The qualifying marks for the applicant would be considered as an average aggregate percentage marks obtained by him or her in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics taken together at one and the same attempt, in the qualifying examination for admission i.e. 12th Science.
