ITM Scholarship Policy :
Students studying in ITM University can avail Scholarships under following categories

Merit Scholarships:
1. Entry Level:
a) Based on percentage of marks secured in Qualifying Exam.
Undergraduate courses:
B.Tech. / B.Tech. (Hons.), B.Tech. + M.Tech. / B.Tech. + MBA.
Post-Graduate Courses:
** MBA (Dual Specialization)
** MCA
** M.Tech.
** M.Sc.
b) Based on performance in ITMU-NEST:
** Scholarship on the basis of NEST (B.Tech. / B.Tech. (Hons.), B.Tech. + M.Tech. / B.Tech. + MBA, B.Pharma, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Arch. & B.Sc.)
c) Based on JEE Rank:
** B.Tech. / B.Tech. (Hons.)
Sports and Cultural Scholarship:
a. 100% scholarship for International players/ Performers (Cultural).
b. 50% scholarship for National medal winners/ National Performers (Cultural). (Gold, Silver & Bronze position only!
c. 25% scholarship of National sports/ cultural participation.
d. 10% scholarship for State sports/ cultural participation.
For Availing Sport Scholarships the event must be recognized by any one of the following:
** Olympic games by IOC
** World championships under international sports federation (lOA and/or MYAS recognized/affiliated games).
** Asian games by Olympic Council of Asia.
** Asian championship organized by International Federation of concerned game (recognized/affiliated by MYAS and/or lOA).
** Commonwealth, SAF and Afro Asian games.
** Paralympics games (recognized/affiliated by IOC and/or MYAS)
In absence of relevant sports certificates scholarship application will not be considered
Scholarships for Military and Paramilitary Forces:
10% scholarship on Tuition Fees to servicemen (The scholarship is not applicable to Ex- Servicemen).
Scholarship on the basis of Humble Economic Background:
The candidate has to submit supporting documents i.e. income certificate to earn the scholarship at the time of admission only for being eligible for the scholarship at entry level. However for the continuation of the scholarship, the candidate has to apply every year.
General Rules for Awarding Scholarships:
The mentioned criteria are only the eligibility to apply for scholarship. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility are required to fill scholarship form. In absence of relevant & original mark sheets, the admission and scholarship application will not be considered. Final decision of granting scholarship is with the Admission Board of the ITM University.
** The mentioned scholarships are for 1st year only and the scholarship amount will be calculated only on tuition fees.
** Entry level scholarship will be adjusted in the fee of II semester. Other scholarships will be awarded during annual function.
** 1st year onwards Chancellor’s scholarship will be awarded based on merit of previous year results as per the University scholarship policy.
