Instructions :
1. Your Registration No. will be filled up by the NEST Centre when your application form is received in our office.
2. Write the name of the city from our list as the centre of your choice and convenience. You can mention a maximum of THREE choices in order of preference. Though the choice of centre is not guaranteed, yet we try our level best to put you nearest to your native place.
Test Centers are likely to be in all metros and other major cities, such as – AGRA , AHMEDABAD, AURANGABAD, BANGALORE, BHOPAL, BHUBNESHWAR, CHANDIGARH, CHENNAI, COIMBATORE, DELHI & NCR, DURGAPUR, ERNAKULAM (Cochin), GOA, GUWAHATI, GWALIOR, HUBLI, HYDERABAD, INDORE, JABALPUR, JAIPUR, KOLKATA, LUCKNOW, LUDHIANA, MUMBAI, NAGPUR, NASHIK, PATNA, PUNE, RANCHI, TRICHY, VADODARA, VISHAKAPATNAM, etc.

3. You must stick your latest, identical and clear photographs as proof of your identity in the spaces provided in the application form. Attestation of photographs is NOT required. Do NOT attach any documents.
4. Indicate the category for which you are eligible as per your current class and branch of study. Please see eligibility criteria in the N.E.S.T. menu of our website and in our advertisements. Please note that NEST–Junior and NEST-I have no groups. But NEST-II has FOUR groups of disciplines and you must tick-mark any ONE of them.
5. Fill up your full name in CAPITAL LETTERS as it is mentioned in your school/college certificates.
6. Write full name of your father.
7. Fill up your date of birth as per your High School certificate in the Date/Month/Year format.
8. Give your full and correct address for correspondence in a clear handwriting, so that your hall-ticket or other letters reach you fast and without fail.
9. You should write clearly and correctly your permanent and functional land-line telephone number as well as any other alternative telephone number to enable us to instantly inform you about any important matter regarding the test. Please do not change your numbers till your final result is declared.
10. Please write your Mobile Number, if you have any, to keep us in constant touch with you. Changing mobile numbers too often may put us in difficulty to communicate with you in case of passing you some urgent information, such as change of test venue, etc.
11. Write your e-mail Id, if you have any, very clearly and correctly. We need it to send you all our notices or alerts first by e-mail and then by phone call and/or SMS. Very often, due to your bad/unclear/strange hand-writing, the typist can enter wrong/incorrect data that may result into your loss.
12. Write full name of your college and place where you are currently a bona fide student and pursuing your studies.
13. Write your branch of study as, for example, Class XI/XII (PCB/PCM) OR BSc (Physics/Chemistry/Botany/Zoology/Maths/Comp/IT, etc.) OR BE/BTech (Computer/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Civil, etc.) OR Diploma Computer/Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Civil, etc.) OR MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BDS/BPharma, etc. Please also mention the Year and/or Semester you are currently studying in.
14. Though percentage is no bar to apply for NEST and, that is why, we do not check your percentage of marks now. This will only help us verify your details when you win a high Rank and/or Cash Award.
15. You must undertake the responsibility of the correctness of all the information that you have given in the application form and also duly sign it yourself in blue/black ink/ball-point pen. Application forms without candidate’s own signature will not be accepted.
Note :

I. Anyone who has won the top prize CANNOT appear again in the same category.
II. You can submit your application yourself or send it by hand of your friends/relatives or by courier to the address as given in our advertisements.
III. Fees once deposited will not be returned even if the test is cancelled for any reasons.
IV. Your test venue can be changed due to strategic or other reasons. We will NOT pay for your travelling to and fro or for staying in the city for the test.
V. Results may sometimes be delayed due to any unforeseen reasons. So, you need to keep patience while waiting for it. Winners will be informed individually as soon as the results are finally ready to be published. The result will immediately be put in the RESULT menu of our website . Please visit the website regularly to know about the latest updates about the issue of hall-tickets, test centres and result.

i would like to know whether B.Sc 2nd year students are eligible for this test.
When will the result of NEST I 2016 be declared?
I've written this year's nest 2 exam on may 28 and I wish to know my result. I lost my admit card and don't have my registration no. Provide me with the credentials again so that I can view my result.
On which date 2016 scholarship results of class 3 will have to publish?
Is b.pharmacy students eligible for this test?
What is the syllabus of this exam?
Syllabus is as 12th science objective type.
