The Global Fellowship Program (GFP) aims to nurture prospective leaders with ability to think creatively and critically with empathy for diverse human existence.

GFP Eligibility
The program is open to all individuals with
** A recognized graduate or post-graduate degree in any discipline
** Minimum of 20 years of age on 30th June 2019
** Strong academic record
** Active extra-curricular engagement
** Strong communication skills

Just follow the below steps to apply for the Global Fellowship Program 2019.

Step 2 : Then click on the “Apply Now” link in the home page.
Step 3 : Fill the Application Form with the required details and click on the “Apply Now” button
Step 4 : Already registered user login with your User Id & Password and fill the remaining details to complete the application.

3. ***Advance Registration Fee for VISA Acceptance Letter
(i) All international applicants (except Nepal and Bhutan) are required to secure Student VISA by applying at the nearest Indian Embassy in their respective home countries and need a supporting Admission Letter (Acceptance Letter) by depositing advance registration fee of USD1000 (NON SAARC) / INR1,00,000/- (SAARC).
(ii) All international applicants shall pay for their VISA, air ticket, local travel and FRO registration in India and any other such formalities as the case maybe.
Applicants must transfer their Balance Program Fee as a one-time payment before reporting at Chandigarh University and shall carry a transaction proof along with them at the time of reporting here.

Scholarship Offer
In order to strengthen the aspirations of our bright students, we have a provision for Partial Scholarship, which shall be awarded at the beginning of GFP registrations.
The percentage of the scholarship awarded shall be decided by the GFP Selection Committee; and this decision shall be completely dependent on the applicant’s academic/ professional expertise and his SOP (Statement of Purpose) submitted to us.

1. What is the duration of GFP?
This is a multi-disciplinary fully residential two year post-graduate degree program with a provision of availing a diploma after completion of one year.
2. Is English language proficiency a requirement?
Yes, the medium of instruction at the GFP will be English.
3. Is there any maximum age criterion to apply to this program?
There is only minimum age requirement of 20 years as on 30th June, 2019. We have no maximum age requirement.
4. Does this Fellowship provide scholarships, funding or additional benefits?
Provisions have been made for liberal financial support for deserving candidates sponsored by corporates, philanthropists and other sponsors.
5. How many Fellows are selected each year?
The class of GFP will have 120 Fellows.
6. Will hostel facility be available?
Yes; it is a fully residential program.
7. Are recommendation letters required?
No, recommendation letters are not required. However, if you have corporate/website/Institute sponsoring you, the same will be given some consideration. Similarly letters signed by your Principal/employer, will get some consideration.
