TDU TATA Trusts Fellowship
The University of Trans-Disciplinary Health Sciences & Technology TDU invites applications for TATA Trusts Fellowship for the year January 2019.

The fellowship will be available for a maximum period of 3 years from the date of provisional admission to TDU Ph.D Programme.

TDU – TATA Trusts Fellowship is available for students who have registered for PhD program in TDU in the following thematic research areas.
1. Cerebro-Neural Disorders
2. Nutrition
3. Drinking Wate

Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of TDU through provided above.
Step 2 : Next read the instructions carefully and download the application form from the official website

Step 3 : Fill the application form with the required details and Submitting an application form to the TATA Trusts’ Office.
Mandatory Documents
Mandatory documents for submission to Tata Trusts by the selected candidates
** Printed and completely filled TATA Trusts application form.
** Current year’s original PhD fee paid receipts.
** An original cancelled cheque and copy of the first page of the bank passbook pertaining to the student’s bank account.
** An original letter from TDU clearly stating the breakup of the fees, the category in which the student has secured admission, fees paid / to be paid and the amount of free ship applied for / received / to be received, for the current academic year. Duly signed by the Registrar of TDU.
** Mark sheets for the previous academic year duly self-attested.
** Latest Income proof of all the earning members of the family (2017-2018)
i. For those in employment – Copy of the Income Tax returns and Form No. 16
ii. For those in self-employment – Copy of the Income Tax returns
iii. For those in employment in the unorganized sector – Employer’s certificate on the letter head of the company.
** Copy of the PAN card of the student & parents
Selection Criteria
The selection criteria will be broadly based on
** Student’s overall performance record including academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities.
** A crisp, achievable statement of purpose that is Trans-Disciplinary in nature.
** A good presentation and discussion of the statement of purpose before the selection committee.
** Should be a resident of India.
** Any other conditions specifically laid down by the fellowship sponsor.
Fellowship Amount
Selected students will be provided Fellowship of Rs 50,000 each month along with a maximum contingency grant of up to Rs 1 lakh each year.
The contingency grant can be used for purchase of laptops, books, subscription to data bases or journals, lab charges, travel for the purpose of research, etc. Student have to submit the actual bills for the usage of contingency grant.
