National Means Cum Merit Scholarship 2015:

National Means Cum Merit Scholarship Scheme Examination to be held on 08/11/2015(For Academic year 2016 -17)

The Centrally sponsored ”National Means ~cum Merit Scholarship Scheme ”was launched in May 2008.

The scheme is meant for meritorious students studying in class VIII Of economically weaker sections whose parental income is less than Rs. 1.50 Iakh per annum from all sources (original certificate to this effect issued by the SDM/Tehsilder/is required)

Examination Pattern, Important Date &information :

1. Mental Ability Test( Mat)
2. Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT)

Date of NMMS Examination: 08/11/2015, Sunday

Application Form/Procedure:

The prescribed application form is available at the entire district Headquarters

The last date for submission of application form duly signed by The Head Of the Institution and accompanied by the requisite certificates (qualification Certificate certificate, reserved category, if any)

Eligibility :

Any regular student studying in Class VIII Of Govt. Schools in Sikkim. Class VI” students shall have minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade in class VII examination for appearing in selection test for award of NMMS Scholarship (relaxable by 5% for Sc/ST) as prescribed in the terms & conditions Of this scheme.
