The Aditya Birla Group Employees’ Children’s Education Scholarship Plan was started in the year 2004 with the objective of providing scholarships to support the children pursuing professional education In India and Overseas.

Who Can Apply?
The employee as well as the student applying for the scholarship need to meet the criteria outlined below in-order to qualify
Employee Criteria :
** Should have minimum 10 years of continuous work experience in Group as of 31st August 2018.
** Should be a permanent employee and in JB11 and above defined as Managerial cadre in each business.
Student Criteria :
** Applicant’s age should not be more than 28 years at the time of applying for the scholarship i.e. as on 31st August 2018.
** Applicant should have secured admission for a professional course in a premium/ high-quality institute (top 50 in that country)
** Applicant should have a consistent good academic record.
** Student should be admitted to the proposed course. Wait listed students are not eligible to apply.
Application Process
Just follow the below steps to apply for the Pratibha Scholarship Fresh Applications 2018-19.
Steps :
Step 1 : Go to the official website of Aditya Birla Group through the URL provided above.
Step 2 : Then Click on “Apply for Fresh Scholarship” link in the home page.
Step 3 : Fill the Application Form with the following details and Click on “Save as Draft” button
** Personal Details- information about the Student applying for the scholarship and the Parent who is the ABG employee need to be filled in this section.
** Course details- Information about the proposed course has to be filled in this section
** Annual Expenses & Fee structure- The detailed break-up of the fee structure has to be provided- both academic fees & living expenses. Care has to be taken to ensure that refundable/caution deposits have not been included in the amounts filled in this section.
** Students’ Academic Record- Details of the Student’s qualifications, Institute studied in & Grades have to be provided here.
** Extra curricular activities – Details of most significant extracurricular activity has to be provided in this section
** Work Details- Details of Work experience if any have to be filled in here
Step 4 : If you chose to ‘Save as Draft’, you can login and complete the form later using the Login button on the homepage. The Parent’s official email id and date of birth will be needed to authenticate and access the application form.
Step 5 : After filling up all the relevant details in the form, please click on Preview. This will show you a preview of your details as filled in application form.
Step 6 : You can also print a copy for your records before you submit the application.
Step 7 : Once you submit the completed form online, an email will be sent to both the parent & student asking you to login using the Parent’s official email id and date of birth and upload all the supporting documents in order to complete your application.
Documents Required
Please ensure all the relevant enclosures are scanned, and uploaded
** Student’s recent passport size photograph
** Class X / XII / higher education results- All academic documents till the time of your Pratibha application 2018-19
** Institute admission letter / application form
** Institute estimate of expenses for the current academic year
** Total Course fee receipts, supporting the figures mentioned in the filled online form
** Extra-Curricular Achievements
** Work experience Certificate
** Proof of ranking of your Institute
** University scholarship/ tuition waiver / research assistant ship or any other kind of university support
** Travel details (wherever applicable)

If you are unable to complete the form and need to exit midway then please save as draft and login using the Parent’s official email id & date of birth to complete from where you left off.
Last Date
Last date to submit the completed Application form and Upload scanned documents is August 31st, 2018. The scholars for the year 2018-19 will be announced by November.
