Scholarship For Poor & Meritorious Students 2015:
Pratibha Scholarship Trust is a Non-Profit organization established to help the poor and meritorious students.

** We accept applications for each academic year between May and July.

** The Last Date to submit the new application is July-31.

** We never ever accept any donations from anybody or from any organizations. Absolutely No Donations Please.

Note:
1. Please note that, this scholarship program is intended for poor and merit students only.
2. Last date to receive the application form is 31st, July (unless extended)
3. Post your application to Pratibha Scholarship Trust,C/0 V.Thammayya Babu, Sri Ganapathi Venkata Sai Bankers, Opposite RTC Bus Complex, Yeleswaram, East Godavari Dist.
4. Do not send any original documents along with this application. Please complete all the fields.
5. The eligible candidate should be a resident of East Godavari District (Andhra Pradesh).

. Submit the Photo copies (Xerox copies) of the following information along with the Application form:
** 10th Class (SSC) Marks List
** Inter Marks List
** Common Entrance Exam (EAMCET) Rank Card
** Joining receipt of Medical/Engineering college (if available)
** Caste/Income/Nativity certificate

Eligibility:
** Applicant should maintain a minimum of 70% marks through out.
** Applicant should secure top rank in entrance exam, the rank should be good enough to secure the admission through “free seat”.
** Applicant should not be receiving any other scholarships.

Submitting Application Form:
** Download the application form and complete all information.
** Send the form along with the photo copies of necessary enclosures listed in the application.

Screening of Applicants:
** Applicants will be selected based on merit and financial status.
** Applicants seeking admissions into private schools/colleges will be disqualified.
** The short listed candidates will be informed by phone call to attend the personal interview along with his/her parent/guardian.

Interview Process:
** Interview panel consists of five members.
** Each candidate will be assessed to get an idea about the financial status, applicant’s academic history and applicant’s desires for higher studies.
** Based on the conversation, each panel member comes up with independent review regarding the applicant and makes a decision whether to accept or reject.
** Three or more Accepts for a candidate will make it Accept otherwise Reject.
** Similarly, all applicants will be screened and a preliminary list of candidates will be prepared.

Selection of Finalists and Amount of Scholarship:
** The management team will review the results of the interview process and prepare the finalists from the preliminary list of candidates.
** At this point, the management team will also determine the amount of scholarship to be awarded for each candidate.
** All the finalists will be informed to attend the scholar’s meet where scholarships will be distributed.
