NGSE 2019 Registrations are open now. National Genius Search Examination 2019 (NGSE) is a scientifically devised assessment tool to locate genius among children.

Choice of Test Date
Phase – I :
NGSE Mains 2019 will be held on Tuesday, 25th September 2018 and on Thursday, 29th November 2018. Schools can choose a date as per their convenience.
Phase – II :
NGSE Advanced 2019 will be held only once, on Sunday, 24th February 2019.

How to Apply?
Please follow the below steps to register for National Genius Search Examination.
Steps :
Step 1 – Collect the Registration Fee from students :
The NGSE Examination Fee details are given below

Note :
* indicates that the school (in India) has to print the question papers sent through email as password protected PDF files.
** Overseas Indian schools need to print the Question Booklets from PDF files and the provision to get question booklets through courier won’t be available to them.
Step 2- Complete Form :
Complete the Student Participation List (SPL) with students’ details and duly filled-in School Consent Form. Those can be downloaded from the Download Center on the website.
Step 3 – Remit the Fee Collected :
Out of the fee collected, the school should retain the test administration expenses for the school as mentioned above. Remit the balance fee to the account of the NGSE administering agency – VINLIZ PRIVATE LIMITED.
The fee can be paid to the NGSE Administering Agency’s Account in the following ways
** By sending a Demand Draft / Multicity cheque, favouring VINLIZ PRIVATE LIMITED, payable at Mumbai.
** By depositing cash in the account of NGSE administering agency at any of the Indian Bank branches across India.
** By NEFT / RTGS / SWIFT/ Net Banking to transfer the fee to the NGSE administering agency.

Step 4 – Forward the SPL & Fee :
Send the completed SPL along with the Demand Draft / Proof of Fee payment to the following address

Kindly mention your School Name, NGSF School Code, Contact Number and Full School Address with postal code on the overleaf of the draft.
Schools should also send a soft copy of the completed SPL in Excel format (not the image file) with Fee payment details to ngse [AT] ngsfindia.org and a copy to ngsfindia [AT] gmail.com
As we receive the details of deposit / transfer, we shall send you the receipt of payment and thereafter, the Student Enrollment Numbers, if not allotted already.
Required Documents
** Duly filled-in School Consent Form (scanned copy with Sign & Seal) with correctly named Student Participation List (SPL-2019) in Excel format through email.
** Photocopy / scanned copy of (a) Cash Deposit slip or (b) RTGS / NEFT Reference ID or (c) Demand Draft.
** In case of Demand Draft, a Photocopy of the same is also to be enclosed, stapled to the Student Participation List.
Mains Exam Pattern :
** NGSE Mains is a single test comprises of Multiple Choice Questions to be answered in 90 minutes.
** Mathematics and Science are the major components of NGSE up to class X. There will be a few application oriented General Knowledge questions too.
** Students will be given Student Response Sheet (SRS) wherein the right answers are to be marked by darkening the circles using BLACK PEN.

National Genius Awards :
All the class wise 100 Percentile Scorers of NGSE – Advanced are awarded with National Genius Award for the year. They will be conferred with Trophies and Prize Money.

The NGSE Advanced takers will be awarded as follows
** All the class wise 100 Percentile Scorers of NGSE – Advanced are awarded with National Genius Award for the year.

** Those who have scored 70 Percentile and above in NGSE Advanced will get Certificate of Merit for NGSE Advanced with their Percentile scores mentioned on it.
** All other Participants of NGSE Advanced will get Certificate of Participation for the Advanced Test.

Where do we get model question papers?
I am a class 7th student from KVM school, Ludhiana. I have been selected for NGSE Advanced test to be held on February 24,2019. I just want to know, is there any preparatory book for this test? Early reply will be highly appreciable.
