SNA Scholarship 2015:
1. Completed Application form duly recommended by Incharge/ Principal of School or College and President/Secretary/SNA Advisor of the State Branch, TNAI should be sent to the Honorary Chairman, Scholarship Committee, C/o Dy. Secretary-General-cum-SNA Advisor, Trained Nurses’ Association of India, L-17, Green Park, New Delhi – 110016 up to July 15, 2015.

Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
2. Two passport size photographs should be attached with the application form.
3. Application received after the due date will be charged a late fee of Rs.150/- till July 31, 2015, after which no application will be considered.
Attach copies of certificates attested by a Principal Tutor of your School / gazetted officer or a District Magistrate as listed below with application form:
(a) Statement of academic performance of first 3 – 4 months of your training.
(b) Certificates of any other training/study undertaken.
(c) Higher Secondary certificate or any other Higher Examination passed
(d) Medical certificate (Original).
(e) Certificate of annual family income.
The Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI):
The Association had its beginning in the Association of Nursing Superintendents which was founded in 1905, at Lucknow
At the Annual Conference held in Bombay in 1908, a decision was taken to establish Trained Nurses’ Association. The Association was inaugurated in 1909.
In 1922, the Association of Nursing Superintendents and Trained Nurses’ Association were amalgamated and called The Trained Nurses’ Association of India (TNAI).
The Association has established within its jurisdiction the following organisations : Health Visitors’ League (1922) Midwives and Auxiliary Nurse-Midwives Association (1925) Student Nurses Association (1929-30).
In 1974 the TNAI became a member of the Commonwealth Nurses Federation (CNF).

In 2015 I got with the scholarship and it was written that I will be getting the scholarship till end up with my course. So do I have to send next application for this scholarship to renew it?
Once I send TNAI form after how many days I'll get my membership card?
