This demo is to make Students familier with the online process of filling and submitting the scholarship application form. This demo is not attached to any back-end database, so information provided in this demo will not be stored or saved.

Terms and Conditions:
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before you proceed:
** The VET may, in its sole discretion, deny the scholarship if the information provided in the application form is determined to be false, giving the reasons thereof by an email at the applicant’s email address provided in this application.
** The VET shall withhold 10% of the approved scholarship amount as a deposit for every semester or year the student applies for and receives a scholarship for the course of study.
** The applicant shall forfeit the entire deposit amount (for all the semesters) if he/she does not complete the entire course for which he/she received the scholarships, or does not submit the required documents after the completion of the course.
** In this case, the applicant shall be ineligible to receive any scholarship from the VET in the future.
** The VET shall refund the entire deposit amount (for all semesters) in full upon the successful completion of the course of studies, when the student submits a copy of the mark sheet for the last examination, the Graduation (or Course Completion) Certificate, the Employment Letter, and fulfils the commitments made by the applicant as evidenced by his/her signature on this application, whichever comes later (see Declaration and Commitment).
** The VET reserves the right to delegate the responsibilities to independently verify the information provided by the applicant in his or her application.
** The signature of the applicant and his/her parent is an implied consent for the VET to do so.
** The VET may amend the Terms and Conditions for the scholarship program as deemed appropriate and as approved by the Board of Trustees of the VET.
** The Board of Trustees of the VET shall establish the amount of the scholarships based on the number of applications approved, the courses for which the applications are received, and the available funds.
** The scholarship amount, which shall be a fixed percentage of the tuition fees (less the deposit amount), shall be adjusted based on these factors.
** The applicant shall be required to open and maintain his or her bank account with the nationalized bank of their choice and provide the account information to the VET in the scholarship application form.
** The VET shall instruct its bank to directly deposit the scholarship amount to the applicant’s bank account. The scholarship shall not be paid out by check, draft, or in cash.
** The VET shall notify the applicant of the status of the application and the award of the scholarship by email.
** The scholarship shall consider only the College Tuition Fees already paid for the semester(s) or year for which the application is submitted.
** It will not pay for the hostel, food, the books, the exam fee or any other expenses, or the tuition fee in advance for the subsequent semester or year which the student has not paid for and commenced.
** The student will not be able to submit incomplete application, without uploading the required documents and the receipt for the payment of the College Tuition fees, or with the required fields left blank.
