About The Scholarship :
** Duration of the Scholarship is 12 months.
** Scholarship amount is 2000 per month and one time book grant of 3000
** Exposure to seminars, workshop project research base work etc

Who Can Apply

Foundation Level : Candidates of classes VII & VIII
Intermediate Level : Candidates of classes IX & X
Upper Intermediate Level : Candidates of classes XI & XII
Major Level : Students of Undergraduate level

Application Details

** Application forms can be obtained from the JMMC Research Foundation’s office in person or by sending a self addressed envelope with postal stamp of 10/- (Envelope size 20 cm. × 12 cm.) or can be downloaded from the JMMC website : www.mathjmmc.com.
** Non-refundable application fee of 500/- (Bank draft. in favour of “JMMC Institution” to be paid with the filled in application form.
** Candidates may apply online through the designated link available in our website www.mathjmmc.com where application fee 500/- (non refundable) may be paid through Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card .

Rules & Regulations

1. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against any student indulging in misconduct in the Exam centre.
2. The students must report at the Exam centre atleast 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
3. Calculators, cell phones or any type of electronic devices are not allowed inside the Exam centre.
4. The Management reserves the right to reject any candidature without assigning any reason.
5. Students must carry their Admit Card and their own belogings (Pencil, Pen, Eraser) at the Exam centre.
6. Students must come in School Uniform. (Not applicable for U.G candidates)
7. Guardians will not be allowed to enter the Exam centre.
8. The venue of Exam will be mentioned alongwith the Admit Card issued by JMMC Institution.

For Intermediate Level (IX & X)

Number Theory/ Theory of Quadratic Equation/ Progressions/ Plane Geometry/ Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning/ Mensuration/ Set Theory/ Arithmetic/ Trigonometry & It’s applications

For Upper Intermediate Level (XI & XII)

Number Theory/ Algebra – Theory of Equations & Inequations Induction, Complex Numbers, Set Theory, Relation, Function, Binary Operation, Series & Sequence, Logarithm, Matrix & Determinants/ Trigonometry/ Plane Geometry/ 2 Dimensional & 3 Dimensional Co-ordinate Geometry/ Calculus in one variable and it’s applications/ Probability & it’s distributions/ Vectors

For Major Level (Undergraduate)

Selection Process

It is a 3 stage selection process

1. BEST-MTA: (12 NOON – 1 PM)
M.C.Q (1 hour).
14 Questions on Math.

2. BEST-MTB: (1:30 P.M – 2:30 P.M)
Subjective (1 hour).
5 Questions on Math.

3. Interview:
For Selected candidates based on written test.
