ITM University Scholarship Policy
Students studying in ITM University can avail Scholarships under following categories

Merit Scholarship
1. Entry Level:
a) Based on percentage of marks secured in Qualifying Exam.
Undergraduate courses:
** B.Tech. / B.Tech. (Hons.), B.Tech. + M.Tech. / B.Tech. + MBA.
Post-Graduate Courses:
** MBA (Dual Specialization)
** MCA
** M.Tech.
** M.Sc.
b) Based on performance in ITMU-NEST:
** Scholarship on the basis of NEST (B.Tech. / B.Tech. (Hons.), B.Tech. + M.Tech. / B.Tech. + MBA, B.Pharma, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Arch. & B.Sc.)
c) Based on JEE Rank:
** B.Tech. / B.Tech. (Hons.)
Subsequent Levels:
** Chancellor’s scholarship for subsequent years for UG and PG Courses would be given to merit holders (based on performance in End Term Examinations) of a course all the courses as per the university scholarship policy
Government Scholarship

** Existing student’s continuance benefit & fee relaxation on compassionate grounds.
** Means scholarship on the basis of Economic Background.
Sports & Cultural Scholarship
a. 100% scholarship for International player s / Per former s (Cul tural) .
b. 50% scholarship for National medal winners/ National Performers (Cultural). (Gold, Silver & Bronze position only!
c. 25% scholarship of National sports/ cultural participation.
d. 10% scholarship for State sports/ cultural participation.
For Availing Sport Scholarships the event must be recognized by any one of the following:
** Olympic games by IOC
** World championships under international sports federation (lOA and/or MYAS recognized/affiliated games).
** Asian games by Olympic Council of Asia.
** Asian championship organized by International F ed e r a t i o n of concerned game (recognized/affiliated b y MYAS and/or IOA).
** Commonwealth, SAFand Afro Asian games.
** Paralympics games (recognized/affiliated b y IOC and/or MYAS)
In absence of relevant sports certificates scholarship application will not be considered.
Category D : Scholarships for Military and Paramilitary Forces
** 10% scholarship on Tuition Fees to servicemen (The scholarship is not applicable to Ex- Servicemen).
Category E :
** Any student who has done BBA/BCA/B.Sc./B.Com./ B. Tech. / B.Tech (Hons.) from ITM University or ITM universe & seeks admission in MBA/MCA/M.Tech/MSc. at ITM university, will get a relaxation of Rs.10,000/- per year.
** For B.Sc. course if one seeks admission in M.Sc. will get relaxation of 10% of Tuition Fee in First year only.
** If parent (Earning) of a student of ITM university passes away, during the terms of the course, He/ She will get relaxation of 50% in tuition fee per year.
General Rules
** The mentioned scholarships are for 1st year only and the scholarship amount will be calculated only on tuition fees.
** Entry level scholarship will be adjusted in the fee of II semester. Other scholarships will be awarded during annual function.
** 1st year onwards Chancellor’s scholarship will be awarded based on merit of previous year results as per the University scholarship policy.
** Any student found involved in any act of indiscipline and / or practicing unfair means may be debarred from availing scholarship at any time without any notice.
** The students fulfilling more than one eligibility criteria will be considered only as per higher preference mentioned in the scheme and will be eligible for only one type of scholarship in year.
Under no circumstances any student can apply for more than one scholarship or any other financial aid from the University.
** In case of engineering courses marks obtained in PCM will be used to calculate qualifying percentage for awarding scholarships. For other courses total marks obtained in all subjects will be used to arrive at the above percentage.
** In case when beneficiary scores YGPA on basis of SGPA (two semesters of current academic year and no backlogs up to current semester) / Percentage in upper scholarship band, he / she will be promoted to upper scholarship band for that year only, similarly for the lower scholarship band.
** No scholarship would be awarded to Nursing, B.Arch. Agriculture, Art and Fashion, Education.
** No Scholarship would be awarded on JEE Merit of a candidate (Applicable to Engineering students only).
