Type dmer.org in address bar. You will get the official website of On the right hand side below Maharashtra State Minority Students Scholarship Scheme 2009 heading you will get a link for Online – Minority 11-12, which is highlighted by circle in fig 1m. Click on it you will get the Main Screen.

Main Screen:
** Course List: To display the list of Course.
** Institute List: To display the list of Institute. (If your institute name is not displayed in the list then please contact to respective Institute.)
** NEW/RENEW Application Form: To fill a Minority Scholarship Form 11-12.
** Updation of Application Form: To update a data in Minority Scholarship Form.

NEW / RENEW Minority Application Form:
Instruction for Student:
** Candidate who previously selected for Minority Scholarship should apply for Renewal.
** Candidate who have not previously selected for Minority Scholarship shall apply for Scholarship as New Candidate.
** Fill the mandatory data in the field and click on Save Button.
** Renewal Candidate must use application no and minority year which will display all the information which was previously submitted to office.
** After clicking on save button you will get the Application No. which will be used for your reference.
** Take a print out of application form and attach required documents and submit to respective institute as per schedule given in Notification No. DMER/Minority/2011-2012/Scholarship/Notification No.1/2011/1-A, Date: 08 Dec., 2011.
** Please ensure that the details provided during registration are correct, verified and up-to date.
** If you want to update data in the form click on Updating of Application Form. You will get the Updating Data Screen.

Updating Data Screen:
** Enter your Application No & Birth Date. After entering application no & birth date click on Submit button. Valid application no & birth date will open Minority Application Form. This page will display the data, which was filled by you.
** Update the data if necessary & click on Update Button. After clicking on Update button you will get the message “The record is updated “.
** To take a print of updated application form and attach required documents and submit to respective institute.

Important Date :
The Minority Scholarship Form for Candidates/Institution will be available on – 24/08/2016 to 15/11/2016.
Last date for Scrutiny and Confirmation of application form by Institute – 16/11/2016 to 23/11/2016
Date to receive the application form at DMER Office (through personal messenger only from Insitute) – 24/11/2016 to 30/11/2016 (Excluding Holidays).
Display of Provisional List on dmer.org – 15/12/2016.
Last Date for submission of Grievances if any (through personal messenger only from Insitute) – 22/12/2016.
Display of Final Minority Scholarship List on dmer.org – 26/12/2016.
