  • Why is the post matric scholarship for sc/st not included in the Meghalaya scholarship portal. This is a scholarship that is from the ministry of donor and tribal affairs that exempt all the fees for students studying in named institutes like tata institute of social sciences where as all the north east states have it in their scholarship portals. We do have post matric but the scheme is specifically for minorities and not the st/sc.
